Lacrosse
My favorite sport is lacrosse. I play for both a city team and travel league. I have been playing lacrosse since I was 9! I'm a defender, and I love how fast-paced the game is.
Sports
Basketball
I also love playing basketball! Although I'm not the best on my team, I can hold my own on defense! I've been playing basketball since 3rd grade. I enjoy how you are always moving during a game.
Volleyball
Although it's not my favorite sport, I also play volleyball! I haven't been playing for as long as my favorite sports, and I mostly play for fun, but I still enjoy it!
Baking
Another thing that I love to do is bake! I find it very relaxing and fun. It is a chance for me to create whatever I want, and then eat it! My favorite things to bake include cookies, cupcakes, and cakes.
Macarons are one of the coolest (and hardest!) things to bake.
My favorite kind of cupcake is chocolate with whipped cream frosting.

Reading and Writing
I love to read! My favorite genre to read is fantasy. I love escaping into a new world and forgetting about everything else. Once, I read a 900-page book in one day!
